Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through coralunelle.com by consumers and business customers.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and are the price you pay for the goods; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout. Goods are dispatched from Finland — for deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

What we sell, and what we do not claim

We sell massage chairs and massage accessories as furniture for comfort and relaxation. They are not medical devices. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and no health outcome is promised.

If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, a recent injury or operation, thrombosis, osteoporosis or a back condition, ask a doctor before using a massage chair. Massage chairs are not intended for children, and a user should always be able to get out of the chair unaided.

Track lengths, airbag counts, heat zones, user height ranges, weight limits and power figures stated on a listing are the manufacturer's design figures for the product.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is made to the address you give and is kerbside for pallet goods. We do not install. A chair is assembled by plugging the legrest and backrest looms together and bolting the base; the instructions ship with it. Leave the clearance behind the chair that the listing states.

Electrical safety

Chairs are supplied for a 230 V / 50 Hz supply with a Type F (Schuko) plug. If you are ordering to a country with a different supply or socket, you are responsible for a suitable adapter or transformer; do not modify the appliance.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Withdrawal and defects

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the seller's liability for defects under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act; both are set out in the Refund Policy.

Governing law

Finnish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
